User Agreement

This Agreement sets out the terms of use by Users of the materials and services on the Online-Fix.me website (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

1. General Terms

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Site, the User is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.

1.2. The Site Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes shall take effect three (3) days after the new version of the Agreement is posted on the Site. If the User disagrees with the changes, they must cease accessing the Site and stop using the materials and services of the Site.

1.3. The use of the Site by minors must be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Use of the Site by minors under supervision implies consent of the parent(s) or guardian(s) for the minor to use the Site. The Site Administration bears no responsibility for use of the Site by minors.

2. User Obligations

2.1. The User agrees not to take actions that may be considered violations of international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as actions that may disrupt the normal functioning of the Site and its services.

2.2. Use of Site materials without the consent of the rights holders is not allowed. For legal use of materials, the User must make arrangements with the Administration.

2.3. When citing Site materials, including protected works, a link to the Site is required.

2.4. User comments and other entries on the Site must not contradict generally accepted moral and ethical standards.

2.5. The User is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources that may be linked from the Site.

2.6. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible for any losses or damages—whether direct or indirect—related to Site content, copyright registration, goods or services available from external sites, or any contacts made using information or links on the Site.

2.7. The User agrees that all materials and services on the Site may be accompanied by advertisements. The Administration is not responsible for such advertising.

3. Other Provisions

3.1. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing any kind of agency, partnership, joint activity, employment, or any other relationship not explicitly stated in the Agreement between the User and the Site Administration.

3.2. If a court finds any provision of the Agreement invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

3.3. The Site Administration's inaction in the event of User violations does not waive its right to protect its interests and enforce copyright at a later time.

Disclaimer of Liability

1. Information on the Site is provided for free user reference and general interest.

2. All information is provided “as is,” without guarantees of completeness or timeliness, and without any explicit or implied warranties. Access to and use of the Site is at your own risk.

3. The Administration (owners, officers, employees, moderators, etc.) strives to provide accurate and reliable information but does not rule out the possibility of errors.

4. Online-Fix.me is an open-content project. Anyone with internet access may edit it, so the Site and its Content are provided freely, as an act of goodwill, as is, without any contracts or agreements.

5. The Administration provides no warranties regarding the timeliness, relevance, accuracy, or completeness of the Site or its Content, nor guarantees uninterrupted, secure access or error correction. The Administration does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Some links on this Site lead to third-party websites. These are for user convenience only and do not imply endorsement. The Administration is not responsible for the availability or content of those resources.

7. The Administration does not monitor the legality of transmitted information (e.g., texts, links, archives) or ownership rights.

8. While the Administration takes reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and legality of content, it is not responsible for actions taken by individuals or organizations based on information obtained from the Site.

9. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration disclaims all implied warranties and liability. In no event shall the Administration be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages related to use of this Site or linked sites.

10. Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their ads. The Site does not guarantee any purchase or service opportunity as advertised.

11. Users may submit questions, suggestions, or other content, which may be posted publicly. The Site assumes no responsibility for accuracy, opinions, or usefulness of such content.

12. By submitting materials, the sender confirms they have rights or permission to publish them and that such submission does not infringe on third-party rights.

13. The Site may use cookies to store personal and general information. By using the Site, you consent to the use of cookies.

14. The Administration reserves the right to make changes without user notice and is not responsible for editing or deleting any user-submitted content.

15. The Administration may deny access to the Site to any user or group without explanation or notice.

16. The Administration may remove or alter user-posted content at any time without prior notice or justification.

17. All trademarks, logos, and copyrighted content mentioned or used on the Site belong to their rightful owners. Use of such content does not grant any rights to the User.

18. Viewing or sharing Site content may violate the laws of your country.

19. Users agree that consumer protection laws do not apply to use of the Site, as it provides no paid services.

20. Inaction by the Administration in response to violations does not waive its right to act in the future.

21. All Site materials are protected under EU law, including copyright and related rights.

22. The page layout, logo, graphics, and illustrations on this Site are protected by copyright.

23. If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remainder still applies.

By using this Site, you agree to this Disclaimer and the Terms and accept all associated responsibilities.

The Administration may change the Terms at any time, effective immediately. Continued use of the Site constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.
